1. If your order illustrates the status update “received”, by Canada Post, we are no longer liable for your parcel as it is now in the possession of Canada Post.

If your order receives that status “delivered” on the Canada Post website and you do not have your package, you are likely the subject Canada Post misdelivering your parcel to the wrong address or community mailbox. There is also a likelihood of theft.  If this transpires you are responsible for calling Canada Post and filing a missing claim number.  

3. We are not responsible for delays in shipping caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., strikes, or acts of god.)

4. All orders are subject to verification before shipment, and we may refuse to process orders that do not meet age requirements. 

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our industry we don’t provide refunds or returns. If one of our cannabis products does not meet health requirements or your receive the wrong product you are eligible for a discount or a replacement. These situations are dealt with on a case by case basis and are subject to change.
