How quickly will my order arrive?
We aim to under-promise and over-deliver. Longer delivery times usually coincide with our recipients living in a rural areas.
- BC & Alberta: 2–3 business days
- Saskatchewan & Manitoba: 2–4 business days
- Ontario & Quebec: 3–5 business days
- Maritime Provinces: 3–6 business days
- Territories: 4–7 business days
Who do you ship with?
We ship via Canada Post. In the event of a strike, we’ll notify you about the alternate courier service being used.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or Flex Delivery addresses?
Yes—but only if Canada Post is operational. During a strike, other couriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or Flex addresses, so we recommend arranging delivery to a friend or alternate address.
Do you ship everywhere in Canada?
Yes, we ship Canada-wide.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
No, we do not ship across international borders.
Is your packaging discreet?
Yes! Packages are vacuum-sealed and shipped in plain, professional packaging—just like Amazon. No visible branding or scent.
Why hasn’t my tracking updated?
Canada Post may miss scan updates. This can make it seem like your package isn’t moving, but most orders arrive within 3 business days. If you don’t see updates after 4–5 business days, contact Canada Post directly.
Why is my tracking number not working?
Tracking numbers are issued before the parcel is scanned at the post office. Please wait up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
My tracking shows my package went to the wrong city. What’s happening?
This is likely a human error in postal code handling. In this circumstance we recommend calling Canada Post to notify them of their mistake.
My package says “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?
Unfortunately, if Canada Post marks a package as delivered and it’s lost or stolen, we are not liable. Please contact Canada Post or check with neighbours and your local depot.
When are you liable for a missing parcel?
We are only responsible if we incorrectly addressed the parcel. Otherwise, we are not liable for lost or stolen mail.
Shipping to Northern Regions
Due to a higher risk of postal theft and lost items, we cannot guarantee delivery to Nunavut, Northern Ontario, Northern Quebec, Yukon, and the Northwest Territories. Orders to these areas are placed at your own risk.
How do I change my shipping address?
Contact us immediately to request an address change. Once the order is processed, it cannot be changed on our backend so if you changed it on your profile you still need to contact us to change it for your current order.
Payment & policy questions
How old do I need to be to purchase cannabis from Canna Kings?
You must be 19 years or older, regardless of the province you reside in.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Interac e-Transfers, Bitcoin, Litecoin, and Dogecoin.
My crypto payment didn’t go through—what now?
Our crypto gateway expires after 120 minutes.
- Confirm the wallet address you used.
- Check if the transaction has confirmations on the blockchain.
- If it timed out, email us—we can manually verify if the payment was received late.
I paid via e-Transfer but my order is still on hold. Why?
Banks sometimes delay or hold funds for fraud prevention. Although it may appear sent, the funds might still be held by Interac or your bank. Contact your bank and request a release of the funds. After this is done please notify us of the transfer so we can process your order immediately.
Can I cancel my order after payment?
Yes—if you contact us before your order is shipped. Keep in mind we do not offer refunds, only store credit.
Can I edit my order after I’ve paid?
Possibly. If the package hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Reach out to us as soon as possible through our contact page or email.
Do you offer a return policy?
We do not accept returns due to privacy and security concerns with e-Transfers. However, we do offer store credit and will always do our best to make things right.
Why am I not receiving confirmation emails?
Check your spam or junk folders. You may also need to contact your email provider (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo) to whitelist our email address.

What is Indica weed?
Indica strains are considered “nighttime” strains. They tend to relax the body, relieve stress and pain, and can aid in sleep. Indica is often recommended for conditions like insomnia, fibromyalgia, Parkinson’s, lupus, and MS.
Effects: Relaxation, sleepiness, calmness, and “couch-lock.”
What is Sativa weed?
Sativa strains are known as “daytime” strains, offering an uplifting and energizing effect. Great for creative work, productivity, or social events. Often used to treat depression, ADHD, and stress.
Effects: Creativity, alertness, euphoria, sociability, and mental stimulation.
What is Hybrid weed?
Hybrids are crossbred from Indica and Sativa strains, offering a balance between relaxation and energy. They’re versatile and often used for pain, anxiety, and sleep disorders.
Effects: Focus, creativity, relaxation, and moderate euphoria.
What is THC?
THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) is the primary psychoactive compound in cannabis, responsible for getting you high.
What is CBD?
CBD (cannabidiol) is a non-intoxicating cannabinoid used for therapeutic benefits like pain, anxiety, and inflammation relief.
How long will cannabis stay in my system?
This depends on usage frequency, consumption method, body composition, and other personal factors. THC may remain detectable for up to 7 days or more.
Is moldy cannabis safe to consume?
No. Moldy cannabis can cause serious health issues. We inspect all cannabis before selling, but if you find any mold in your product, contact us immediately.
Signs of moldy weed: Musty smell, dampness, white or grey fuzz, or powdery white specks.
Why is cannabis unsafe for youth?
The brain continues developing until about age 25. Cannabis use can negatively impact memory, learning, and mental health, especially with early or prolonged use.
Can I drive after consuming cannabis?
No. Driving under the influence of THC is dangerous and illegal. Wait at least six hours before driving or operating machinery after consumption.
